The SLC190 is a 1080P High Definition PoE (Power over Ethernet) IP (internet protocol) weatherproof bullet camera. This camera can be used as an add-on with all Security Labs 70xx and 72xx series IP/NVR systems or as a stand-alone IP camera that will plug directly into your local network router. All Security Labs NVRs use professional class 48-Volt (IEE802AB) PoE to supply power from the NVR to the camera via the CAT5e cable that connects them. Simply connect the camera to the Security Labs NVR with the included cable, run the Auto IP Assign feature on the NVR, and the setup is complete. The Security Labs Link feature utilizes a private protocol that allows you to install this camera at another location miles away (with broadband internet service) and still be viewed and recorded on a Security Labs NVR, with all of the camera’s additional features and menus fully functional. The camera can also be used as an independent IP (web) camera by plugging it directly into your home or business's local network router or switch and then monitoring it with a PC, mobile device app, or a very simple-to-install P2P app. Highly featured operational menus include 300 point grid video motion detection, e-mail with an image, digital zoom, live snapshot, and motion video capture to your PC. An external AC adapter-type power supply is included for non-PoE installations. The AC adapter must be located indoors and near the camera.
