Cayuga was developed specifically for white wine making. This variety is excellent for the home wine maker. The juice can be used to make a semi-dry or sweet wine. A vigorous high producing variety with good disease resistance. Plant vines 6 to 8 ft. apart in rows and 8 to 10 ft. apart between rows. Grow in full sun in moist well drained soil.
